The electronic cash register in 2015

    From the 1st of January 2015 is valid an amendment about using of the electronic cash register (ECR). Among the most significant changes from the 1st of  January 2015 are allowing the on-line connection the ECR with information systems of the Financial Administration, introducing a new type of cash register so called the virtual cash register and introducing the extension of the services listed in Annex 1. The on-line access to the Financial Administration relates only the ECR put into use from the 1st of January 2015, i.e. the ECR, which the entrepreneur uses before the 1st of January 2015 may continue to use it after this date. When the entrepreneur exchange the ECR, a new ERC has to meet the requirement of the on-line connection to the Financial Administration. Among the new extended services are accounting, consulting, market research, taxi, advertising agencies and others. The range of new services have a transitional period until the 31st of March 2015, in which you can receive revenue in cash, after this period only through the ECR or the virtual ECR in the number of issued receipts until to the 1.000.
